Fitment

UTV Track Fitment Is Not One-Size-Fits-All.

Year, model, generation, suspension, and install kit version all matter. Use the brand hubs below to find the model-family page for your machine — and read the fitment fundamentals before you order.

Fitment Fundamentals

Six factors to confirm before you buy.

The single biggest reason UTV track installs go wrong is a buyer confirming “make and model” without confirming the rest of the fit. The six factors below get checked on every legitimate fitment quote.

  • Year & generation

Models are revised mid-cycle. A 2017 and a 2022 of the same nameplate are often different fits.

  • Suspension type

Independent vs. solid axle, suspension travel, and arm length all affect which install kit applies.

  • Hub bolt pattern

Different hub patterns require different sprocket/hub interfaces. Confirm the spec before ordering.

  • Gear ratio

Tracks change effective gearing. Some platforms benefit from a gear reduction kit; others don't need it.

  • Clearance

Frame, A-arm, bumper, and skid plate clearance can interfere with specific track systems.

  • Install kit version

Manufacturers iterate install kits. The latest kit revision often supersedes older ones — confirm by part number, not just by name.

Yamaha

Wolverine and Viking are the two platforms with the most established track support. Yamaha owners we talk to value reliability over capability, which lines up with how tracks should be sized for these machines.

Newer to the North American UTV market. Track support has improved but install kit availability is the thing to confirm first — don't assume anything by analogy.
